Deposit of a 30% required for any booking, paid on line by Visa Card , American Express or Mastercard, Not Refundable at any time after confirmation. Invoice will be received from Asia Debit , our secure server.

Balance of 70% paid 60 days from the departure date, Not Refundable at any time.

Customers refund will be applied, Less Bank Refund Fees of 5%, if weather conditions OR and Mechanical Engine Problem that do not permit the boat to departure.

If your booking is done within a 60 days from departure date or less, No Cancellation and No Refund will be apply.
Customers not show up on departure Date OR Time will result on No Refund.
We cannot be held financially responsible for any changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, political problems or civil unrest.
